Next thing you know, Chad will be challenging them to WoW battles. And Star Trek trivia.

FWIW, this is the same guy that I had a twitter battle with over his interpretation of that ATL Journal Constitution interview, in which he implied the kid was intimidated by Saban's majesty, and was making fun of Chizik's recruiting tactics.

What was the timeline on the statutory prohibition on the Spice (it must flow!)?

In other words, were Dyer and his boys smokin legal Spice?  If so, what the fuck is the problem?

EDIT: Googled my owndamnself.  It was outlawed in October 2011.  Therefore this shit was completely legal while Dyer and half the teenagers in the state were getting wacky on it.

You can keep a wooden stake in your trunk
On the off-chance that the fairy tales ain't bunk
And Imma keep a bottle of that funk
To get motel parking lot, balcony crunk.

The illegal stuff should be legal anyway.  I'm sorry, but there are just too many laws whose only purpose is to enrich attorneys, tax-eaters and their kind.

It's also legal, not against any law, for football players to not work out, eat Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds for every meal, and stay up all night watching Nickelodeon.  It's not conducive to being ready to play football though, and neither is getting high, legal or not.

I'm giving +10 for an original Dune reference.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

I agree that it's not the best course of action for a collegiate athlete.  What I meant is that the kids are being castigated because a legal substance had the word "marijuana" in its product description.
