I think it would be neat-o keen if someone would get up an in-state tourney for most if not all D1 basketball teams.  Hold it in the Ham or rotate it around the State between the Ham, Auburn T-loosa, Mobile etc.  You could have a tourney with:

Auburn
Alabama
Troy
UAB
South Alabama
Alabama State

Anyone else I'm missing in D1?  Auburn and Bama already play a pre-conference game in baseball every year so it wouldn't be a big whoop if they wound up playing each other in the tourney. I'll throw in $100 to help sponsor it.  Anyone?  Bueller?

Wouldn't happen because Alabama and Auburn wouldn't want to lose to UAB every year.
