AUBURN, Alabama -- Four-star wide receiver Ricardo Louis has changed his commitment from Auburn to Florida State this Friday, leaving the Tigers with 15 commitments, the fewest in the SEC.

Signing day is Feb. 1.

The 6-foot-2, 200-pound Louis, who is from Miami, visited Florida State last weekend. Louis' change of heart was reported by AuburnUndercover.com and Inside the Auburn Tigers and AuburnSports.com.

This OC thing may be starting to hurt us.

I'm sure this was discussed in another thread, but Jameis Winston doesn't have us in his top three anymore.

Maybe CGC will  be like CTT and load up with some 3 stars and groom them into superstars by Fall.  D Craig is kicking ass at FL ST recruiting.

I'm only worried because we only have 15 commitments and signing day is less than two weeks away.

Unless the coaches have a big party of announcements lined up, we're in dangerous "2008" territory.

I'm sure there are a few long snappers that would jump at the chance to get a scholly to Auburn...no worries.

I can't for the life of me think we won't fill the class, but yeah, that's what worries me too.

Yeah, I figured he'd jump. The lack of OC or known direction is the reason...it'll be the same reason why JaQuay flips (UF with Diggs). Coach Chizik has enough time to get them back...AS LONG AS HE HIRES AN OC ASAP...LIKE YESTERDAY!!!!

I have a hard time believing that OCs would be avoiding Auburn.  A very high paying job with a history of pulling in recruits and winning.

Surely Chizik isn't waiting for a guy in the NFL.

Absolutely he is...if it were a college coach he would have already been hired. That much I am sure of.

I guess he knows what he's doing, but why wait to announce it?  I mean, plenty of guys (see New England's OC) take jobs during the playoffs.  It's just understood that they'll remain on staff until the Super Bowl is over.

My doctor told me I needed to stop masturbating.  I asked him why, and he said, "because I'm trying to examine you."

I think so too. The FB xfering from Illinois tells me we are more than likely heading more to traditional or pro style.
