Charles Robinson, from Yahoo has been tweeting some friendly "heads up, Alabama" type tweets.  Sound very much like them letting them know people are paying attention.  Literally are saying "we know Alabama will take care of this, but it's up to them to call and have Trent's name removed".

Seriously?  Kind of embarrassing for such an ironclad compliance office.

Based on the appearance of the website, @MuscleProdigy was using Trent Richardson's name without his consent.

Regardless, Alabama is now required to contact @MuscleProdigy to have Trent Richardson's name removed.

The problematic passage: "If you want to get a ripped Muscle Prodigy body with six pack abs like Trent Richardson..." That's endorsement.

Trent Richardson's name being used in advertising like that is considered an endorsement by NCAA standards.

Again, I have no reason to believe Trent Richardson knew about the advertisement, although it has been there since the summer

Alabama will jump on this Trent Richardson thing, as they did with T-Towns Menswear. This one looks unauthorized.

Trent Richardson shouldn't have eligibility problems, but Alabama is expected to ask that the advertisement be removed.
