I heard Finebaum mention Mack Brown not being in good shape for the future of Texas.

I haven't heard any rumors or anything, but with Texas getting their own network, ESPN money, an easier conference, and a recently renovated stadium, why not throw $10 million towards Saban?

Not saying Saban would accept it even it if was offerred.

You know from a business standpoint, he'd have to consider it if they came calling. Texas may not have the history equal to bammer, but it has more of any resource you can imagine, plus the new TV network.

Maybe I'm just a homer, but I think Saban will retire from Alabama. I think his wife has put her foot down that the next time they move, it's to their retirement lake house in GA. He's 60 now, and I just don't see him taking on another project.
