I found out the hard way when I got to Auburn. Wasn't working out or doing much of anything except enjoying college life. Discovered CDV pizza. Virtually every night it was pepperoni and double sausage....and beer. Holy crap. I put on almost 30 pounds in ONE semester. I started working out again.
