If what Sheridan admits to Doyel is true, could AU FINALLY have a reason to go after F'baum for slander?
Isn't the basis for slander suits understood as an intent to harm or bring undue negative attention to someone, or something?
If Finebaum was pursuing this information, and setting up a guest to come on to this show with a clear intent to harm AU's reputation, isn't that by the very definition, slander? He actively efforted to find slanderous material with no other intent than to bring that negative attention to AU during SEC media days when he was hoping it would get max attention.
Thoughts?
