Wait....Coach Williams was there on CHRISTMAS DAY of 2009? If the players didn't think it was a violation, then the coaches sure as fuck should've known. Cody's photo of him signing the helmet "for display...unless you have enough money" was on Dec 21st, 2009. Coach Williams' photo was taken on Dec 25th, 2009. Mark Ingram was in house on Dec of '09.

That's going to be a tough pill to swallow when the NCAA determines that:
Cody, Ingram, Julio & Richardson where ineligible since Dec. 21st of 2009
Yanks the National Championship away
Makes uat forfeit all of the '10 season
Rules Richardson ineligible for the remainder of his career
Puts uat on a 1 year Ban of Collegiate play
2 year bowl ban
20 less scholarships for incoming signing classes spread out over 4 years after the 1 year ban of Collegiate play

Before you go all death penalty on them, a lot more information needs to come out.

I mean, honestly, so far the pictures indicate shady activities with a few infractions that probably won't be considered severe.

The bigger question is -

Did UA's compliance department try to cover something up?

Actually, an even bigger question is was Tom's store open on Christmas? And if not (most likely not), why are people affiliated with Alabama football in his store?
