Maybe I'm a hypocrite, but I think there's a difference between presenting photographic evidence (I don't care if it comes from Tammy on Finebaum) and the Auburn stories which were all hearsay based on unnamed "sources".

You gotta sift through garbage sometimes to get to the good stuff.   Brooks throws a lot of garbage, but occasionally gets something right. 

Travis, as far as I know, has only thrown garbage.

It is a lot easier to write about a subject when all you're doing is stating what's in the picture, when you have photographic evidence.  If they're talking about Auburn and Cam with an Auburn guy giving Cam a sack full of cash, then they put up 10-15 different photographs of not only Cam but a handful of other starters...I would assume that the NCAA go ahead and smash our heads in, so that we can start the rebuilding process sooner.  I don't care who fuckin writes it, if they have evidence, it could be done in crayon.

I don't think the piece has as much to do with the validity of either story as it does how we as fans react to them.  You can't be a scum sucking piece of swine shit one week because you wrote something negative about one school and then be everyone's best friend when you hammer a rival.
