Heard some good info from all that knob slobbing of Updick's dyke, or Updyke's dick.  Finebaum is absolutely allowing Threatt to use his show to mitigate damage to Updyke.

The good stuff was the he expects up to 6 felony charges to come out of grand jury, and that a Fed. EPA agent was in court yesterday, and Threat expects Fed. charges.

The upshot today is that Threatt is representing a client that has basically publicly confessed, and Threatt's only course of action is to try to somehow get some sympathy for his client. 

I had thought that Updyke probably wouldn't do time, but I think he will now.
