put to bed the mortgage released document?

for the properties in Winston's name. I couldn't find any documentation where a mortgage
had been paid off recently.

Why do I remember First Metro Bank being part of the earliest rumors of BC's recruitment? 

In fact, I seem to remember some rumors about Peaches and Woodruff being in a room with employees from First Metro Bank.  Some shenanigans went on in that room.

I have no clue, but it's my belief, or opinion, that Peaches inherited a few homes and took out a little too much credit on a home equity loan between multiple properties.  I'm thinking THAT is what got caught up, or paid off regardless of when any individual house was paid off or not.
