bourn has 7 more stolen bases than the entire braves roster combined. the braves have been caught stealing 20 times compared to 23 stolen bases. he will be an immediate impact for run support, but the braves need a touch more than bourn's .280 average and 1 hr...they need a power hitter too. heyward suxxor.

on a side note: uggla, no offense chopper, doesn't hustle.

Uggla has disappointed. Braves struggle v LH pitching which is also Bourn's hang up.

Have to say the Bravos have been swinging better the last couple of games. 10 games over .500 and still 4 1/2 back. Damn. It's definitely the wildcard or nothing this year.

I really think the Phillies will run away and hide before it's over. Absolutely loaded line up and one of the top starting rotations in baseball. If the Braves will start hitting consistently anywhere close to what they're capable of, they can hang with them most of the season.
