Lmao....him attempting to cut it down, by continously pulling it apart by his bare hands, will solve all his problems.  Btw, the other Oak in the back looks dead too.  Sounds to me like he's mocking Toomer's Oaks.  I'm no tree doctor, but those trees of his look to have been dead for a while...especially the 3,000 year old one in the back.
