I've waffled over listening to Finebaum for a few years now, but I think that may have been the last time I do.
Blatant attempt to paint Harvey Updyke in a bit more of a positive light (as Finebaum himself said) and an attempt to give the attorney a public voice.
This Updyke guy - and yes, the evidence does point to him being the culprit - should be ridiculed beyond measure. He has ruined one of the only interesting traditions we have in this state, and now, as predicted, a select few are going to attempt to help him out.
Strait jacket? Not being fed?
Also, he's a good guy. Loves his family. Enjoys football. Would NEVER be the type to do something like this, but you know, if he did, they don't condone it. And also, he's the anti-Vick. He'd just die if anything happened to those two dogs.
Why, I think ole Updyke may have just had a bad moment. Bad decision. Something he regrets, but nothing that really damages his character. He'll pay a bit of a price, but come on, Auburn fans, as Tim Brando said, it's time to get over it.
Fuck em. Viva la revolution.
