These teams have played for BCS Championships:

Tenn, FSU, OU, Va Tech, Miami, Nebraska, LSU, USC, Tex., FL, OSU, Alabama.   Of that list, only Va Tech and Nebraska haven't won a BCSC.  Va Tech, Neb, Tenn, and Alabama are the only ones to have only played in the game just once. 

So, yeah, it's pretty big deal if Auburn joins that elite company.

After doing a bit of research I was pleasantly surprised to find that each school will get 17000 tickets.  Considering that will be slightly more than half of what that stadium will hold I very surprised.  Most of the ticket brokers I had already looked through are running about 1k apiece for their worst ticket for that game.

It is beyond me why this site has not figured out a way to scam acquire some press credentials?
