Dude that is a Canes fan on another board (not a football or sports board) told me this a few hours ago.  Not that it was a done deal, but he was one of the major names, then showed me a link to a similar report that said they were close to hammering out a deal.

The hell they don't.  They are a private school with a tuition that makes that of Arkansas or Auburn look like we are paying halvsies in the school lunch program.   Now they may not choose to spend it but rest assured they have it.
