To be as cryptic as possible with what I’m hearing so I don’t add to the rumor mongering, let me put it this way. If you’re not sure who to believe in this whole mess, believe that the reporters on the frontline aren’t embellishing in any way. At this point, the major media outlets aren’t going to touch any aspect of the story unless it’s a rock-solid lock. This is too explosive.

Remember, out of all the missing pieces of this intricate puzzle, one of them might just be that Cam Newton, himself, didn't do anything wrong. However, as far as the rest of the story, Kenny Rogers is now way, way out there, and the accusations are too serious and too bold to be automatically dismissed as the rantings of an opportunistic shyster.

- If the Newtons are lying and Cecil Newton used a church as a cover/excuse, this takes on a whole new level of sad.

Hasn't Cecil already turned over the records?  Hasn't that already been debunked?  Isn't Kenny Rogers changing his story daily to avoid jail time now that the FBI is involved?  Did I just say debunked?

Werd.  I think everyone needs to keep in mind that this stuff has already been reported and to a certain extent, investigated.  The story just (Conveniently) leaked out one week ago and the media is scrambling like hell to find out everything they can and everything they report is being done so as "New" and "Breaking" news.  It's not.  Except those stories like Kenny Rogers going on the air to save his scumbag ass from jail. 

So the real question is, will Mike Dyer reach 1000 yards in the next two games?  I think he'll be a big factor tomorrow.  Georgia does have a pretty stout run defense, giving up just barely over 100 yards a game total.  But that's where Auburn has kicked it in this season.

So, the big thing that worries me about tomorrow is whether or not Georgia goes out of their way to isolate Greene on Thorpe like Arky did with Childs.  Greene is a freak of nature and Torched is...well...freaky.

I'm as skeptical as anyone regarding rumors but when you hear things from the horses mouth, I'm pretty confident its legitimately. I said the jest of it in my first post. Let's just say that all those on here who thought there was a uat/rec connection, you were probably right. There is a link between the two (see post above). Same link is one of the two "recruiters" mentioned in Schads story. Not at msu anymore...he is coaching elsewhere.

Rumor? Who the hell knows, but I will tell you what seems to be the consensus. This guy, http://www.beasleyallen.com/attorney/jere-beasley/, will be representing Auburn today at a 1pm(CST?). The same consensus is that AU and Cam have been cleared at this time. Also, several of the EPSN goobs are tweeting that the FBI is in Starkville investigating extortion.
