ESPN College Gameday to Auburn

"Live from Auburn, AL in 5 Days, 22 Hours"

I'm not a fan of the show and don't watch it often, but the national attention never hurts and I'll of course be watching from the tailgate.

Hells Yeah!!!!!  Bigtime Recruiting tool.  BTW, I like Kirk Herbstreit and eventhough his thoughts on Auburn and their chances in the SEC is different than most of the other talking heads, he still sees something in Auburn that a lot of others don't.  His opinions on their chances in the SEC might be different now, since we're now going on three weeks into the season.

I still say that Kirk and Trev Alberts are my two favorites talking heads...because they don't pull any punches and they don't care what others think about what they say.

I think this has just as much to do with Cam Newton, as it does the game.   Cam and Auburn can enter the national discussion this next weekend, or crap their slacks gauranteeing a long run of nothingness....again for who knowsnhow long.

When I heard the commentators for the Ohio St. game talking about Cam Newton, and how they asked Pryor his thoughts about him, it hit me that others are paying attention.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Trev's son and my son played YMCA basketball together. His wife is hawt in an old cheerleader sort of way. Trev is a nice guy, but his ego gets in the way.
