The ONE Lobbies for the Olympics
« on: September 28, 2009, 09:46:46 AM »
Let me get this straight.  The ONE can find the time to meet with the America-haters at the UN even giving a speech while there 'apologizing' for America.  Then he can go to Pittsburgh to meet with more America-haters at the G20 Summit.  Now I'm so glad to hear that he's flying off to Copenhagen to pitch Chicago for the Olympics (and do the bidding of his Chicago cronies, I'm sure).

Yet he has only met with the US commander in Afghanistan only once in the last 120 days and he has yet to take the time to come to Georgia and Alabama where at least 10 people have died in the flooding here.

(And lets not forget that he's sold-out Poland, the Czech Republic, Honduras, and Israel in just a few short months.  And did I mention that General Stanley McChrystal, the U.S. military commander in Afghanistan, said on the Sunday Morning talk shows that his highness The ONE has only met with him once...yes, I said that.)

I guess this despicable son-of-a-bitch IS only president of the blue states.

But he's not even a president.  He's not a leader...he's a celebrity.

Here's the story if anyone wants to read it...I only needed to read the damn headline and see that ridiculous smile on The ONE's face.

Did I also mention that Iran has tested it's longest range missiles in the past few days...and opened up a so-called 'second' nuclear enrichment facility?  Yes, I'm sure I've mentioned that.

Maybe The ONE will write a nice letter to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad asking him to please, please stop testing missiles and enriching uranium.  Or we'll have the UN General Secretary write another letter!

Why should it surprise you that a committee as corrupt as the one who awards the Olympics would also be in line to get their palm greased?

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

It's the Chicago way!

Chairman Maobama has met more with David Letterman than he has with General McChrystal.

And I hear that Oprah is headed to Copenhagen with The ONE now.

He's definitely a celeb-tard...not a president.

So much for The ONE putting the prestige of the Office of the President of the United States on the line to lobby for the Olympics...I guess Oprah and Chairman Maobama's other Chicago cronies didn't pony up with enough bribe money for the IOC...and, as such, Chicago gets the wind knocked out of it...what a dumbass...:

An excerpt from the AP, all emphasis is my own:

Quote
Chicago is the first to go in 2016 voting

By NANCY ARMOUR (AP) – 1 hour ago [2 Oct 2009]

COPENHAGEN — Chicago was eliminated in the first ballot of voting for the 2016 Olympics on Friday, a stunning defeat for the city that was expected to be one of the two finalists. Not even the presence of President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama — nor a long list of celebrities — was enough to help the United States' third-largest city.

Chicago had seemed to pick up momentum in the last few days, with many International Olympic Committee members seemingly charmed by Mrs. Obama. But when IOC president Jacques Rogge announced the results of the first vote, Chicago was the city that fell out.

It was one of the biggest upsets in IOC voting history, and will likely have ramifications throughout the U.S. Olympic Committee. USOC chairman Larry Probst was stone-faced as he and acting CEO Stephanie Streeter walked down a hallway.

"Not right now," he said tersely. "A little later."

No, no, no...seriously no, it's not Chairman Maobama's fault; Senator Roland Burris (D-IL) blames it on...guess who...here's an excerpt from The Louisville Examiner quoting the esteemed Senator from The ONE's home state, all emphasis is my own as usual:

Quote
...
Many people have already suggested that this was yet another major failure for President Obama, much like how his stimulus plan has failed to keep unemployment under 8% (it reached 9.8% as of the end of September).  Some IOC members apparently felt disrespected by his short stop in Copenhagen.  He does deserve credit for at least making an attempt though.

Others of course do not blame the current president at all.  In fact, Senator Roland Burris blamed the failure on former president George W. Bush.  He believes that the eight years under Bush has caused the rest of the world to view the United States in a negative light.  Well if Roland Burris says it then it must be the truth, right?

Compared to the original Dream Team, the players on this latest version paled in comparison and certainly failed in comparison.
...

YES!  IT'S ALL BUSH'S FAULT!
