Of all the players they could have nailed it with at #1 and #4, they chose Mayfield and a 5'10" cornerback.  Wow!  No wonder they've won about 2 games in 3 seasons.  Holy fuck, what a cluster!

If they really wanted Mayfield they could have literally picked anybody else on the board.  They could have picked Michael Dyer. They could have picked Denzel Washington. They could have picked Mr. Magoo.  
Mayfield would still have been there at four.  
They had a chance to significantly strengthen the team with two early picks and instead barfed all over themselves.  Didn't I read somewhere that the Browns ownership/management are the same big-buck donors that run the Tennessee football program?   They must love losing.

The Browns could have selected Saquon Barkley at #1 and then Chubb at #4.  They would have gotten the most dynamic players on both sides of the ball.  Instead, they got a beefed up Johnny Football and...what was the other guy's name?
