Just out of curiosity, I watched some of the rebroadcast of the OJ trial. It's no wonder he was acquitted.
The prosecution was woefully unprepared. Marcia Clark stammered through key evidence, failed to make a cogent point half the time and looked like a wide-eyed fish out of water. Chris Darden was too soft-spoken. His closing argument was soft and weak. He looked dispassionate.
I didn't get to watch the trial back in the day, but I'll never forget watching the verdict.
Having seen this bumbling, ineffective, yawn-inducing prosecution I don't know that I'd have voted to convict either.
