Surprised I haven't seen anyone comment on this yet.
It debuted while I was out of the country. Netflix already has 6 episodes up. I've only seen two so far.
They're taking an interesting approach to this reunion season. I read that they had difficulty getting all of the characters together due to the busy schedules of all of the actors involved. As a result, each episode is focused on one character. Obviously, they interact with each other throughout each episode, but the central focus is on one character. I get the sense that these jokes are very layered, perhaps ratcheted up a notch from what worked so well with the original series. I suspect a repeated viewing of the entire season would be beneficial.
Also noteworthy: they added Seth Rogan & Kristen Wiig as a young George Sr. & Lucille Bluth for many of the flashback scenes.
