OK.  You fuckers that are in tax law, start making with the free advice.
What are these dipshits in Washington going to do this year.  Leave the limits where they are 3.5 million or are they going to drop them further down?

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Estate Tax should always be 0 in my opinion since it has already had taxes paid on it once. Didn't Bush drop the rates pretty low?

You can keep a wooden stake in your trunk
On the off-chance that the fairy tales ain't bunk
And Imma keep a bottle of that funk
To get motel parking lot, balcony crunk.

I'm not sure about the rates but I am talking about the cumulative amount that can be gifted.  It used to be 5 mil.  Then the dingdongs dropped it a year and a half ago.  And in December it is up for more discussion.

2012 is the last year that the $5.12 million exemption will be in place.  If it's not extended or otherwise changed, it will go back to the default of $1 million in 2013.

Yeah.  What's the word around your ilk about what is gonna happen.  Surely ya'll belong to some association where your dues go toward some fucking lobbyist.

None of my ilk are members of Congress, so I have no idea what their plans are other than what has been in the news.  The Senate recently passed a plan backed by Obama to extend most tax cuts from Bush, but the proposed legislation does not address the 2013 expiration of the $5.12 million estate tax exemption.
