I never understood why USC felt the need to cheat to get recruits. 

They're the powerhouse of the Pac 10.  They have a strong history of Heisman winners, national championships, and NFL players. 

And they're in sunny Southern California.

Strange aint it? They have always racked up much like Texas and Florida. Ive always said at Texas and USC, you about have to be a fuck up to have a losing record for more than a season. Mack Brown would never have a losi....wait, nevermind.

USCw can only sign 15 in this class. I think they can count maybe 4 towards last year's class (provided that they qualify early), that would put them at 19.

I edited my last post. I was thinking they could count 4 back to last year's class, if they're going to qualify early.
