We understand your frustrations with the play of the team, for we feel those same frustrations. We all bleed orange and blue, and those colors have been flowing freely from us recently due to the lashes we've taken. So let us make this perfectly clear: criticism is fine, as long as it is done in the right way. Calling for a coach's head is not the right way, nor are insults or the diminishing of last season's success. We try to maintain a positive atmosphere at Auburn Eagle, and we will not allow the struggles past or the struggles yet to come interfere with that atmosphere, but that doesn't mean we do not welcome and value opinions; we simply ask that you share your opinion in a non-inflammatory way.

One more thing: sarcasm directed at the staff of Auburn Eagle will NOT be tolerated. We do this because we love Auburn and we want there to be a place for Auburn people to come and enjoy chatting with each other. We don't get paid, and we generally have to fend off the venom of our significant others in order to be here often enough to moderate the mood and morale of the boards. All we ask is that you show the tiniest bit of respect for our rules and regulations (which are there for a reason), not to mention the fact that without us, you would not have this safe haven that is free from the stresses of other boards and other teams' fans. Don't think we don't see your attempts at ducking and dodging us, because we do, and the more you try to do it, the more likely it is you will find yourself on the outside looking in.

You know who you are. You didn't watch the games last year till you heard the name "Cam Newton" or "Nick Fairley". Now that the team has some struggles you want coaches fired, you yell that our team sucks, you say we don't deserve to play in the SEC. You have no faith. You are NOT an Auburn fan. I wouldn't want to see anybody lose their livelyhood, especially in these uncertain economic times.

Read the Creed, people.  Do not call for coaches to be fired!  Don't you think they feel bad about this too?  They are human and will make mistakes.  17-1!!!

This team is very young.  How quickly you forget that the defense was good last year!!  You can't lump 2011 with 2009, it isn't the same.

People who can't follow the rules on this board and are NOT All In, I believe they spend time looking at other message boards which are not properly policed.  They don't have a higher standard of posting like this one does.
