New Heisman QB with no experience.  Replacing 4/5 of the line.  2 leading receivers gone.  Replacing the bst D-lineman in the nation plus Blanc, Clayton and Carter.  Replacing 2/3 starting linebackers and your starting safety is headed off to Federal Pound You In the Ass prison.  Oh....and the entire kicking game.

I know the glass half full outlook and I truly think this team will be better than most think.  But, you can't expect any so called analyst to give that roster much love at this point, especially with the schedule.  Just win baby and it all takes care of itself.

These shows are nothing but comments like:

1.  Auburn lost a bunch of players and Gene Chizik really isn't any good, so they're going to suck.
2.  Alabama lost some guys but return a lot and they have Nick Saban.  They'll be good.
3.  Oklahoma is always ranked highly in the preseason and they always have a good year.  Forget the fact that they've struggled in the postseason.  They're #1.

Gene Chizik could win the SEC 10 years in a row, 4 NCs, then go 6-6 the 11th year, and the ones with the case of the stupids like most bammers would still say "See, we told you he couldn't coach".

When Malzahn leave, and he hires another good OC and wins, they'll say, the new OC is the real head coach, Chizik sucks. 

Bammers run their cock-holsters about recruiting, great players and #1 classes, but let Auburn win a championship with Cam and Fairley, and it's "the can't win without great players".

Agree in general, but the fucking bachelor has a hard on for trashing Auburn. He shit on us every week last year. We were lucky....never going to make it past LSU.....then we beat a vastly overrated LSU....Never going to get of Tuscaloosa alive....all out of steam for the rest of the ride....

 We could have our entire team returning and he would still say we were shit, cause that's the way he wants it.

  The Coaches poll has Alabama ranked #2 in the nation. This is a team that has yet to identify their starting quarterback. It’s not often you see teams at the top of the charts with so much uncertainty at quarterback.

This tells me two things. The other coaches know that Alabama’s defense is unbelievable and that you can do very well in college football with a dominant defense.

Even more, it tells me the respect that the other coaches have for Nick Saban. They may not like him, but they know this guy is as good as it gets in college football.

The bottom line is that no matter what kind of team Saban fields each year, no opposing team will not get up for the game. They know that Saban and his Alabama team will come to play each week. As such, Alabama is likely to get each team at their best each week. Can they get back to the BCS Championship Game in 2011?

How is that any different than 04'?  Every single week, the talking heads gave the backhanded comments to Auburn.  Well, yeah they beat LSU but a great Georgia team waits in the wings. Let's see how they do there.

Well, clearly Georgia was overrated.  But let em' go on the road to Tuscaloosa and get out of there with a win.  Obviously, this is a down year for Alabama.  Can't tell about Auburn with that win.  Almost impossible to beat the same team twice in the same year.....

It's always like that for Auburn.  The one thing that Auburn did for this league is run the table in 04'.  More than one SEC team needs to thank that team for getting their shot at the MNC.  From this point on, if you're an SEC team and you win, you will play in the MNC game.  Fuck the talking heads.  Makes no difference.
