and the rest of you pathetic bag of dicks. Stop blaming Auburn for your own failures and shortcomings. Let's get to the heart of the problem. The real issue here. You claim that Auburn people gave you extra benefits while you played at or were being recruited by Auburn. You knew then that accepting money from anonymous fans through handshakes, that selling tickets given you by the university, that receiving "mail" with cash in it, that taking bags of cash to sign with Auburn, as you all allege, were serious violations of NCAA rules when you did it. You knew it, yet you still readily and willingly reaped the benefits of your own participation in violating NCAA rules.
And now, apparently because your careers in football didn't quite pan out for you...you now want to bring Auburn down? Why should we be surprised, though? If what you allege is true, then you were all cheating, lying scumbags when you took the money. Why would anyone think you've changed? Hey Chaz, if you were upset at the way Auburn handled your recovery, why didn't you select any one of the other 100 plus D1 schools to transfer to? You were a pretty big deal in high school, right? Mr. McClover...you decided to jump early to the NFL against everyone's advice, including Auburn's. You blew your chance because apparently, you weren't nearly as big a deal as you thought you were. Now Auburn is to blame because.....uummm...let's see...you were given all the cash you needed...anytime you needed it....and now you have no education? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's pretty much the jist of what I got out of your take. I honestly don't understand the logic....but if that's your take....
Hey Troy and She's So Raven, same goes for you two Einstein's as well. If what you claim is true, why is it that you feel the need to stab in the back, the very people who gave you the money you claim? Why kick the fans who cheered for you in the jimmies? Why try and destroy the school who gave you the opportunity to make something of yourselves? Guess what? This is the real world. Auburn and every school like it, is using athletes to further it's athletic programs. To make huge amounts of money. Yep, that's a fact. And you know as well as I do that very few of you would ever see a college campus if it were not for your superior athletic talents. That's why you were at Auburn. But guess what again? You had the same opportunity to use Auburn to go anywhere you wanted in life. Did you ever think of anything in life beyond football? Any of you ever want to be engineers, teachers, coaches, pharmacists....? Because of your athletic ability, you had the opportunity to be anything in life you wanted to be...including making millions playing on Sundays. All of it was up to you.
Probably still is because this school that you want so badly to hurt, has a program that allows you to come back and continue your education just as if you were still on scholarship. Ever think about taking advantage of that? Probably not because no one will be cheering for you and this time, a handshake from an Auburn man or woman will be a sincere hello or congratulations....and won't have any hundreds folded up in it.
