My doctor told me I needed to stop masturbating.  I asked him why, and he said, "because I'm trying to examine you."

The only link I could find with information from the press conference:

http://www.cyclonefanatic.com/forum/big-xii-conference/93759-big-12-beebe-deal-news-conference.html

Beebe promised the schools a certain amount of money due to a TV deal he had locked up.  Many were expecting him to announce the specifics of the deal in today's press conference.  Instead, he said the TV deal has not been worked on yet.

They're all pretty pissed.

per espn:

Quote
AUSTIN, Texas -- Texas officials says they are committed "long-term" to the Big 12.

Texas president William Powers, Jr., said Tuesday that Texas led the way in keeping the foundering league together as the Big Ten and Pac-10 courted several Big 12 schools. Nebraska (Big Ten) and Colorado (Pac-10) will both be leaving over the next two years.

Powers says there were no new guarantees of big-money television revenue, but a key point for Texas staying put was keeping its media rights.

That keeps Texas on course for possibly launching its own network.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."
