As for our record next season...we're mostly going on names (of programs) until we've really gone through who each team losses and who they have coming back and things like that.
Ultimately I think next year will look a like lot last year in that there will probably be groups of games. There will be the "should wins", the "probable losses", and the "toss up" games. Those categories will be proportioned differently this year, but just like last year, the toss ups will be the difference in 8 wins or more.
Yeah, this post deserves a big "duh", because everything I just wrote is the same for every team every year. But the thing is, as we get better, the # of games in each category should shift. Right now we're in a place of too many toss ups. Alabama and Florida are in a place of 1 or 2 toss ups, not 4 or 5. We win 4 of our 5 toss ups and we may get back to that level.
