If he fucked up doing something he shouldn't have been, Chizik should punish him accordingly.  I imagine he will.  Don't forget, he kicked several to the curb this summer for screwing up in class or some shit. I never heard the whole story but it wasn't arrests and they're no longer on the roster. Jean Claude Phillippe Pierre Custaue Louis IV is just now getting back in good graces too.

Auburn running back Eric Smith was arrested for misdemeanor disorderly conduct early this morning after a parking-lot dispute at a local hotel.

Smith, 19, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. outside the Lexington Hotel, which is located on College Street a few miles South of Toomer’s Corner, and transported to the Lee County Detention Center, Auburn police Capt. Tom Stofer said. Smith was sober and did not resist arrest, according to a redacted report obtained by the Opelika-Auburn News.

According to a victim report, a 22-year-old male Auburn student was treated for injuries in the parking lot of the hotel at the same time of Smith’s arrest. It is not immediately clear if the two incidents are related.

Smith, a bulky tailback, saw playing time in all 12 games last season as a freshman, but ran for just 83 yards. A Tampa native, Smith is poised to see a significant increase in playing time, as he’s been battling Onterio McCalebb, Mario Fannin and Dontae Aycock for the second running back slot behind starter Ben Tate.

Auburn coach Gene Chizik will meet with reporters after this afternoon’s practice.

Don't think for a second there weren't some sorority bitches wailing on poor Mr. Smith too.  My daughter is in a sorority and knowing her, she threw the first punch.  Probably just a lovers spat but I know my daughter and I'm quite sure that bitch instigated the whole thing.
