Got it.  Not whining at all.  As for my "spouting off cocksucker", I don't think that spouting off makes me necessarily unique on this board.
You're too easy and you don't realize it. I kinda feel ashamed for talking to you the way I have been. Its not fair.
I do have a conscience and have been brought up to not make fun of the unfortunate.
You need to go to woopig with your spiel and if you can survive there you may get your yellow belt as an innerweb ninja.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

B'Ham, I said that because your initial reponse to this thread topic was another "You barners are pathetic" shot.  You may be just trying to dig at one particular poster but hell, when the ONLY thing you "Add" to this board is Auburn sux, the Barn is classless, then why the fuck are you here?  I'm not trying to break out the lame, this is an Auburn board argument.  And obviously, we don't ban people or go running to the mods.  It's pretty much an anything goes deal.  But, the fact is, this board was started by Auburn people and I'm quite sure 90+% of the members are Barners.  So when everything that comes off your keyboard is Auburn sucks...then yeah, you look foolish and aren't adding a damn thing to this board.

If it's one poster, work that shit out.

Is there anything more heartwarming than trying to help the mentally handicapped and challenged smile?

Sorry, not sure why that came to mind here...   What were we talking about again???

I think B'ham is getting our board confused with some others he may have posted on.  I can't remember one instance of someone posting about our 'men of character' or some such shit.  I may be wrong, and I don't read every post here, but that sounds a little 'AUNisn' to me.

The way I look at it, if one or more of our players doesn't want to be here, then hit the bricks.  If that makes me a bad Auburn fan, then so be it.  This board just so happens to be the place for bad Auburn fans, and a few good ones, to congregate.

After all, if I'm not a man of character, how can I hold our players to a higher standard than I hold myself?

you really want to start naming the teams that Auburn and Alabama lost to this year?  We lost to the only undefeated team in college football and the National Champions..... how about you?
That's a glass-half-full way to look at it. I prefer to look at it as that in your best year since the BCS era you still couldn't win an SEC Championship or your bowl game (against a non-BCS opponent).

Yeah I'm pretty sure that UF has TWO rings to show what they accomplished this year.  Bama has a first loser trophy from the Sugar Bowl.  Do they give the loser a trophy in bowl games?

Houston Nutt is gonna help them design that bling for finishing 2nd in the SEC.

You forgot to add -

1.  It was Auburn's worst season in over 30 years.
2.  LSU's QB play in '08 hasn't been that bad since Dinardo.
3.  Tennessee had their worst year in 15 years, and that ultimately led to a coaching change.
4.  It was Bama's best season in 15 years and they couldn't beat a fucking Mountain West team.

2.  LSU's QB play in '08 hasn't been that bad since Dinardo.  Or the 90's  So we should have lost to them because winning wouldn't have meant that much?
3.  Tennessee had their worst year in 15 years, and that ultimately led to a coaching change.  We have nothing to do with Tennessee being weak, so why again is it our fault that we beat them?
4.  It was Bama's best season in 15 years and they couldn't beat a fucking Mountain West team.  How is it our best season in 15 years if we won an SEC Championship in '99.  It seems to me that winning an SEC championship is better than not winning one.  As it is, this team over achieved.  They played above the rim while they took advantage of the breaks they were given.  What more can you ask from your team than to play better than they should.

Now I know what you must be saying.  "Why are you only now saying that your team wasn't really as good as they appeared.  Why were you acting like you were world beaters in during the season".  Easy answer, because winning feels good.  When you're team is winning you don't talk about how bad they are.  Would you as a fan say "My team isn't really that good even though they keep winning every stinkin' game they play"....?  To me that would be as delusional as you claim Alabama fans already are.

When you're winning everything is right with the world.  When you beat teams that are better than you (whether you admit they are or not) it makes you look at late bowl season with hope, not talk about how you really should be losing every game.  When you lose to teams that are better than you (even if they are from a conference you couldn't name all the teams in or another case being Florida) you put the koolaid down and acknowledge that you probably aren't as good as you had hoped you were.

As it is, with a class that had as huge of depth problems as we did (and still do have) I'll take 12-2 on a rebuilding year.  That was just a matter of taking advantage of other schools in our conference also rebuilding, should we have shared some of the wins???  The boys did what was asked of them and that showed a lot of responsibility.  They came up short, so did 117 other teams.
