We All Know Nothing Will Come of It
« on: March 11, 2021, 11:22:16 AM »
There's one side that says anything coming out of this guy's mouth is already taken with a grain of salt.  The other side says who would know better than him?  You look at this and think, "Please, please, please, pleeeeeease....."  But, as the title says, this is nothing more than fodder for discussion.  Nobody is going to investigate, much less do a damn thing even if they did.  From AU Undercover.

Former University of Georgia star Nick Chubb denied claims made by a Georgia high school football coach that he accepted money to return to the Bulldogs as one of the nation's top players in 2017 rather than enter the NFL Draft. In a recording that went viral over the weekend, Valdosta (Ga.) High school Rush Propst claims Bulldogs coach Kirby Smart is aware of boosters paying players large sums of money to sign and said the same scenario is unfolding at the University of Alabama.
Propst dropped Chubb's name and mentioned former 1980 national championship offensive lineman Hugh Nall as being involved in the alleged payment process.
"If I needed money I would have went pro," Chubb tweeted on Monday with the hashtag fake news.
“You know how much money they spend on a player they’re getting?,” Propst is heard saying on the recording. “Some are 90 to 100 thousand dollars to sign….$90,000 to $150,000 to sign.
“It was three $60,000 donations he was given to Chubbs (sic) to stay in school. It was $180,000 for him to have for him to not go declare for the draft. That’s what Kirby does. Who did he learn that from?”
Nall told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution he was interviewed by the university over the weekend and denied all claims by Propst. The recording was originally made in May 2020.
Propst mentioned specific handlers on the recording and implicated Nall as "the guy (in Albany) that sort of handles things, OK? He’s the handler, OK? Kirby’s come down and met with the richest of the rich in Southwest Georgia, not Southeast, not Macon, Southwest where he’s from. He’s got the richest guy in Bainbridge, he’s got the two richest guys in Colquitt. He’s got a rich guy over here in Valdosta. Anybody that’s a Georgia boy.”
Propst is currently facing allegations of recruiting misconduct and improper use of school funds as head coach of Valdosta High School in Valdosta, Georgia, according to a report from Paige Dauer of WALB.
Off the field issues have followed Propst at many of his previous coaching stops. Propst has won state championships at several different premiere prep programs, including five at Hoover (Ala.) High over his 9-year tenure from 1999–2007.
During that stint, Propst's program was featured on MTV's hit show Two-A-Days, which chronicled the 2005 and 2006 seasons. He resigned from Hoover after admitting to an extra-marital affair and landed a job at Colquitt County (Georgia), where he spent 10 seasons prior to his dismissal in March 2019.
Propst was suspended one year from coaching in 2016 after head-butting a player.
The University of Georgia has not commented on Propst's claims, but the school's compliance office is reportedly looking into the situation.

My doctor told me I needed to stop masturbating.  I asked him why, and he said, "because I'm trying to examine you."

I'm waiting for Propst to get a Netfix ducuseries where he gets relocated in some unlikely place like Salt Lake City, opens a nightclub and starts moving illegal drugs among Mormon teens.
Battling Mormons has gotta be a rush. We'll dress it up like a modern western with a mob theme complete with teen gangs.
People can't get enough of this shit.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Word is Saban is livid.
Somebody at The Universitay mistakenly sent Propst a cease and desist letter.
