Since the trophy was gifted to an overrated and worthless Mark Ingram it has become a joke.

This year's winner looks about like John Franklin MCMDXVII against LSU's defense

Yeah he only won it because Watson decided not to run the ball as much so he could continue at Clemson with far less risk of injury. Made him less effective but I'm hoping to see him go full throttle though these last tests.

I see him as more of a player that does enough to win, much like our year with Cam.
No I don't equate the two but he can beat you and make those tough throws as we witnessed in the number of completions to Williams. That was the difference that stood out in that game.
The twirly bird bs could have been overcome but we couldn't stop them from connecting. And yeah Watson's a stat whore.

I'll say this. Had bama decided to run that freak of nature they got all season, he might have won it. Behind the best line money can buy, he would have easily won. He's a lot better that Henry.

Hers to hoping we can run Pettway into the record books while having a QB that throws for a bunch also!

I think they actually looked out for Scarborough given his knees. They might have won it had he been available in the fourth qtr.

Dude ONLY leads with his helmet 100% of the time. I've never watched a Bama game he's in where he doesn't commit AT LEAST one hit that could (should?) be targeting.
