There was a guy who played a bad guy in countless 70s TV shows.  Charlies Angels, Baretta, Rockford Files, Starsky and Hutch, Magnum.  Pretty much all of them. 

Got no idea what his name was and an hour of wasted work searching got me nowhere.  But that guy is a dead ringer for this one.
