Not sure if y'all have heard, but Updyke pleaded Not Guilty due to Mental Defect. I guess saying, "cause I'm a retarded bammer" wouldn't fly in the courtroom, so his lawyer says mental defect....forget the fact that he admitted to it multiple times.
This will allow them all to receive WIC vouchers for life if he is successful.
