He had a horrible one-on-one interview with Gruden.  He made up for it a little with the rest of the stuff, but shirlley you have to admit that 'you gonna put me on the spot' isn't really a good answer.  And the bullets analagy was pretty rough to.

No, he didn't have a horrible one on one with Gruden.  But bammers, and haters want that to be what you think.  One snippet isn't the whole interview, and when taken in the whole context, Cam did very well.  Gruden himself said he was the best of the  6.

Watched the Fairley version. I can truly say he is not a man of many words. I could see his intensity in his body language though. You could tell Gruden really likes this guy. Reminds him a lot of Sapp.
