I have some videos I'd like to upload, but I'm not sure I'm doing it correctly. 

The one I'm currently trying to upload says it has 90 mins remaining.  It's a 253mb file (about 3 minutes of video). 

Is it normal to take this long?

Yes, it takes me forever to upload. Have you tried the Java uploader?

My wife has her own channel with shit loads of videos of our kids doing just about whatever. We're still sporting XP and yes it takes a while. Sani makes a good suggestion though.

Thanks for the help.  I don't have the Java uploader, but I'll definitely check it out.  An hour and a half to upload a video is a pain in the ass. 

Also, how do I get my video on the search engine?  I've been searching for the tags and it isn't showing up.

Supposedly it takes a while to get on the search engine.

I have 18 videos on YouTube it takes a few hours for the tags to show up. Tag as many things as possible, Miley, Beiber, Gaga.
