Saw this on the news a moment ago. Then I was able to get a hold of a link showing the crash video. Warning on video feed below - Its pretty graphic when he crashes at about the :16 mark in the vid. Very sad story indeed.

That sucks. Looks like the hit tore his goggles off, you can see them laying on the ice after he lands. Those beams were pretty close to the track, the impact probably killed him on impact.

I was trying to say that he died instantly on impact. I have a Business Degree From Auburn, but work in a oil refinery so Good Grammer and Cracking Oil doesn't go hand in hand. Speaking the language of Hunting, Fishing, Nascar, and Football sums up my vernacular.

He hit that beam going 150 km/hour. That's fucking crazy.
And yeah, I'd say this guy went around the corner and woke up in heaven.
