What I want to know is how the hell did he hit the gate, realize that his truck has ran into something, realize that there is major resistance keeping the truck from moving forward, and yet continue to accelerate so as to drive the gate all the way through the front corner and into the cab?

I am sure some plaintiff's attorney is gonna ask a jury to determine that very thing...   :poke:

No such thing as criminals and tax evaders.  They don't exist.  No, they are innocent and falsely accused.  Or there is a big misunderstanding...but they are not criminals or tax evaders.

Oh, the I.R.S. sure as hell believes there are tax evaders.  They make sure you pay your taxes one way or another.  Unless they just completely screwed up and incorrectly assessed you, you are a tax evader and you owe them money.

But yes, all criminals are innocent.   :thumsup:
