Wow, I'm a positive person, but that has too many holes in it.

Where did Saban come from?  Try the NFL, the SEC, and the Big Ten.

Meyer at Utah?  Yeah, and he went 12-0 there, not 4-8.  In fact, he was 39-8 before getting to Florida. 

Tressell at Youngstown State?  Yeah, he won 11 games or more 7 of his last 11 years there, including 4 national titles in 1-AA.

Those are three pretty pathetic comparisons.  No matter how true it is that Dooley could end up being great there, nothing that guy said applies other than "give the dude a chance".

Apparently it's back to "Dooley is the leading candidate" but Houston coach Kevin Sumlin is still in the mix.

Someone needs to stop all of the leaking information from inside the athletic department.  This is the strangest hiring process I've ever seen, and I'm a Bama fan.

I haven't heard yet, but I'm guessing that he will be keeping Coach Kippy Brown, the OL Coach, and Coach Lance Thompson.

Another note to add, Coach Dooley was also the AD at LaTech.
