ON 01/10/2010 AT APPROXIMATELY 00:48 HOURS I WAS IN MY MARKED PBSO PATROL CAR TRAVELING W-BOUND IN THE CENTER LANE ON INDIANTOWN RD APPROACHING THE I-95 OVER PASS IN JUPITER, FL. I OBSERVED A SILVER IN COLOR MERCEDES IN THE LEFT LANE WHICH I ESTIMATEDTO BE EXCEEDING THE 50MPH POSTED SPEED LIMIT. AT THIS TIME GOT BEHIND THE VEHICLE BEARING FL TAG **** AND PACED IT FOR APPROXIMATELY .25 OF A MILE TRAVELING 58MPH. THE VEHICLE U-TURNED AT THE TUNPIKE AND BEGAN TRAVELING E-BOUND. I ACTIVATED MY EMERGENCY LIGHTS SIGNALING THE VEHICLE TO PULL OVER. THE VEHICLE PULLED OVER JUST BEFORE THE I-95 S-BOUND ON RAMP. I APPROACHED THE VEHICLE AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE DRIVER WHO WAS IDENTIFIED AS OLIVIA NAMATH BY FL ID CARD. I DETECTED A SMELL THAT BASED ON MY TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE I BELIEVED TO BE MARIJUANA. AT THIS TIME D/S SMITH # 8575 ARRIVED ON SCEEN. THERE WAS ALSO A B/M IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT AND ANOTHER B/M IN THE REAR PASSENGER SEAT. I HAD ALL THREE EXIT THE VEHICLE AND I BEGAN SEARCHING THE VEHICLE FOR DRUGS. I IMMEDIATELY FOUND A SMALL CLEAR PLASTIC BAG WITH A GREEN LEAFY SUBSTANCE INSIDE ON THE DRIVERS FLOOR BOARD WHICH I SUSPECTED TO BE MARIJUANA. THE GREEN LEAFY SUBSTANCE TESTED POSITIVE FOR MARIJUANA USING A DUQENOIS MARIJUANA TEST KIT SUPPLIED TO ME BY PBSO. AT THIS TIME I PUT OLIVIA IN HANDCUFFS, CHECKING THEM FOR TIGHTNESS AND DOUBLE LOCKED THEM. OLIVIA WAS PUT IN THE REAR OF MY PATROL CAR. UPON CONDUCTING AN INVENTORY OF THE VEHICLE FOR TOW I OPENED THE TRUNK OF THE VEHICLE AND COULD SMELL AN OVERWHELMING ODOR OF MARIJUANA. I LOCATED A BROWN PLASTIC SHOPPING BAG IN THE TRUNK WHICH CONTAINED SEVEN CLEAR PLASTIC BAGS WITH A GREEN LEAFY SUBSTANCE INSIDE AND ANOTHER SMALL BAG WITH A GREEN LEAFY SUBSTANCE INSIDE. THERE WERE ALSO NUMEROUS OTHER SMALL EMPTY PLASTIC BAGS INSIDE WHICH WERE THE SAME TYPE OF BAG THE OTHER SMALL BAGS OF MARIJUANA WERE PACKAGED IN. THESE BAGS ARE USED TO BREAK UP THE LARGER AMMOUNTS OF MARIJUANA FOR SALE. THE GREEN LEAFY SUBSTANCE IN THE LARGER BAG ALSO TESTED POSATIVE USING A DUQENOIS MARIJUANA TEST KIT SUPPLIED TO ME BY PBSO. ALSO IN THE TRUNK WAS A CAPTIAN MORGAN RUM BOTTLE 1.75 WHICH WAS OPEN AND ELEVEN MILLER LIGHT BEER BOTTLES. THE BAG OF MARIJUANA LOCATED ON THE FRONT DRIVERS FLOOR BOARD WEIGHED .9 GRAMS AND THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE MARIJUANA IN THE TRUNK WEIGHED 200.5 GRAMS. I READ OLIVIA HER MIRANDA WARNINGS OFF OF A PREPRINTED MIRANDA CARD SUPPLIED TO ME BY PBSO AND SHE ADVISED SHE UNDERSTOOD HER MIRANDA WARNINGS. WHEN ASKED IF SHE KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT THE MARIJUANA SHE DENIED ANY KNOWLEDGE. I ASKED HER IF ANYONE ELSE HAD ACCESS TO HER TRUNK AND SHE ADVISED NO. OLIVIA REFUSED TO ANSWER ANYMORE QUESTIONS. THE ABOVE STATEMENTS ARE P.C. FOR THE ARREST OF THE DEFENDANT, OLIVIA NAMATH FOR POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA UNDER 20 GRAMS, 893.13(6B) POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL BY A MINOR, 562.111 AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA WITH INTENT TO SELL, 893.13(1A).

As a side note to this topic...I had a friend (huge huge HUGE bammer) tell me that he was really disappointed in the fact that Saban's daughter was one of the biggest, sloppiest whores in Tuscaloosa. Does anybody know what she looks like? I think she's only 20.
