Title: Seahawks Fire Mora; Carroll Possible Candidate?

ESPN is reporting that Seahawks coach Jim Mora has been fired. According to them, the Seahawks are highly interested in Pete Carroll, and supposedly, Carroll is pretty interested as well. ESPN asked him about his interest, and he replied in the form of a text message: "You know I haven't responded to a NFL question in two years."

Supposedly, he is already talking with his OC to join him at Seattle, since the OC was looking to fill the OC spot with the Bears anyway. Looks like the NCAA heat might be getting to him.

Pete Carroll to San Diego.  Both parties interested.  Almost done deal until Rooney Rule and paperwork is finished. 

A few days later San Diego hired Norv Turner.
