Title: Bama fans...
Post by: Townhallsavoy on November 07, 2009, 07:52:36 PM
Just wondering.

How do you think the game turns out if it's 15-13 with a healthy Jordan Jefferson and a healthy Charles Scott?

Just wondering, of course.

If I say we would win it looks like I'm just being a homer.  If I say we would have lost it's irrelevent because there's no way for me to know that.  What I do know is they had a lot of trouble stopping Ingram in the 2nd half even when they knew he was getting the rock.

How would it turn out with a healthy Javier Arenas? Or with our first string TE who didn't play? No fucking idea.

Honestly, I didn't see most of the 4th because I figured we were going to get beat anyways. I mean this game severely pissed me off. Who the fuck calls a pass play out of your own endzone from UNDER CENTER when they are sending 5-6 every fucking down and your OL isn't particularly blocking well as is? This playcalling has to get better. If not, there isn't even any point in going to ATL. Don't get me wrong, it drastically improved from the UT game. But I mean, damn. Oh look, Ingram just ran twice for 10 yards each to get us into the redzone. Wait, we're in the redzone? Ok, lets bring Ingram out and throw three straight passes from under center. Fuck.

They had at least 10 injury time outs.  Big bruising NFL power back Charles Scott is out of the game after being rode down by two 190 pound cornerbacks?

How about this.

How do I think the game goes if LSU isn't a bunch of fucking pussies?  They probably would have won.

Spearing, going for the knees .... dirty way to win.

While we're at it, what if McElroy hadn't overthrown a wide open streaking Brad Smelley on that post route? What if he wouldn't have overthrown a wide open Marquis Maze on that wheel route? What if he hadn't missed the throw on a wide open Julio Jones in the end zone?

What the fuck if?

Argo, dont be so condescending phuker. They were just hoping ol Nick night go over and give'em the old pat on the back. They miss their Saban worship.

I swear, I've never seen so many injuries for one team.  I'll admit the hit on Jefferson by Deaderick was leading the helmet(spear), but I didn't see any blatant knee shots.  The way their big soft linemen were getting stood up and pushed back, I'm not sure there was a need to block low.  Hell, one of their lineman came out of the game after being hurt because HE was blocking low.

#7 Patterson, the fucker who ran his mouth all week about shutting Julio down, had 4 timeout injuries himself.  FOUR. 4 times, he couldn't get off the field with out assistance from the trainers.  Next week, he should probably spend more stuffing his mouth with wheaties and less time bumping his gums.

The LSU training staff had more yards rushing(to the assistance of their weak ass team) than LSU and Bama combined.

Weak bitches.

I was arguing with RWS about a guy in the recruiting forum that he said could never play for Bama's D-line because he wouldn't be big enough.  I pulled up the roster.

Yall's some big sumbitches on the D-line.  No...I mean some BIG sumbitches.

As good as the 2008 class was, it's starting to look like Marcel Dareus from Huffman, is the best prospect in the class.  300 pound lineman shouldn't have the pass rushing ability that he does.

All shit aside...Bama's D-line is huge. I don't think I've ever seen the number of 290+ guys across the line like they've got.  I look at our guys across the front and we've got 4-5 guys in that 280-290 range, but Bama has defensive ends at 300 pounds.  Fuck!!!!

Best answer.  You win the prize!

Yeah but they're slow.  Besides Dareus, I don't fear one of those big lineman when it comes to rushing the passer.

Now, their ability to hold up linemen so the linebackers can get through definitely scares me.

I wasn't exaggerating when I said he would damn near have to gain 80 lbs to play on our DL.

Oh, and in the shoutbox Prowler was wondering who would want to play for CNS when he is screaming at players like Julio on the sideline? 5* ATH Keenan Allen committed last night after the game.

Anytime y'all want to reveal that second PLOI that's going to bring the big hammer would be good.

That's now three or four 5 star defensive backs?  It's definitely not going to be easy throwing the ball against you guys for a long time.

For the record, Allen told BOL that Saban wants him at receiver.

Sweet!  Another "stud" to have no effect in the red zone.

Allen has been in the plans all along. That wasn't anything new. However, I do think its going to be hard to hang on to Malone. Especially if UT keeps doing well.

As far as recruits committing after the emotions of a game are stilling lingering, I could really give two $#@!$ about how Saban acts on the sidelines, However, I would love to have some video footage of his rants. I think he definitely has a short-man syndrome/complex and that is what drives his need for competition. Hopefully, we will see more of his immaturity on the day after Thanksgiving. LMAO!

Now, if Chizik had blown up on a WR because he fucked you on a totally bonehead move inside the opponent's 5 in a close game that will decide who goes to the SECCG, you guys would be praising his anti-Tuberville attitude. Don't even try to tell me that if you were a coach you wouldn't have crawled Julio's ass for being the 12th man on the field in the game that decides the West. And FWIW, Allen actually commited to CNS two weeks ago per Allen. He only made it public last night.

I love to see Chizik get animated on the sidelines. He has only been livid with the refs, not the players and believe me he has had ample opp to do so.
I love this recruiting battle going on and these silent commits in the hip pocket. I find it kind of obvious this recent commit for bama was a reaction to the Dyer commit to Auburn.

Kind of like how Ladarius Owens' commitment was "postponed"?

I didnt say anything about Auburn not doing the same did I but I take your response as agreeing to my post.
I find it kind of amusing, both teams playing this little "momentum" game with recruiting.

Just to articulate on the LSU players being gaping vaginas....out of timeouts and need to slow the game down? Fake some injuries! I mean, really?

At first glance, I thought it was pre-game warm-ups. Guys are just wanting to keep buff.
