Post by: Pell City Tiger on October 10, 2009, 06:09:31 PM
It's a healing the lepers type of miracle.

Tebow be praised!

I wouldn't start him, I probably wouldn't play him....unless, I needed too.

It's a mistake in my opinion. I wouldn't play him.

They could lose this game and be ok...

I may be misinterpreting the sideline shot near the end of the game, but I'm pretty sure Urban Meyer would suck Tim Tebow's dick if the opportunity ever presented itself.

If "would" means "has already", then yeah.

I wouldn't have played Tebow last night either. And if I had, he'd have been out by the 2nd quarter. They didn't need him.... Unless they could have put him in at WR.
Anyway, Urban should have let the kid play.

So....would you have played him or not?  BTW, I still think it was a mistake in playing him, he didn't look good at all.  It was probably just the nerves or whatever, but he ran somewhat timid, which is definitely understandable.  If LSU had a pretty good offense, they would've won that game.

When I said Urban should have let the kid play, I meant Brantley.

I can't even put kid and Tebow in the same sentence without Philippino in the middle. He didn't look 100% last night, but absolutely no doubt that he's a tough SOB.

Ahhh, okay.  Yeah, Tebow is a tough SOB, when he had his head bounce off the ground in the 2nd Qtr.  I thought to myself, well he might be coming out after that play.  But, I was wrong, lol.  As for LSU, something isn't right and it's looking similar to the UGA situation.  I'm sure they'll have everything ironed out before their next game....against Auburn.

lsu is a head coach away from being just unfuckingstoppable.

Let's hope that never happens.

And fuck them anyway, we need to worry about getting OUR shit together.

Michigan shunned that idiot for obvious reasons. They knew something the rest of us only wondered.

Michigan didn't shun him.  If word hadn't leaked before the SEC Championship Game, he would be wearing a Maze and Blue Hat.  Now, if you were to say that some of the Head Honchos in Michigan weren't too excited about him and they got the word out to a few people, most notably OSU Alum Kirk Herbstreit...then yeah, I could definitely see that.

I hope Les Miles stays at lsu forever. Runs it right into the ground.

Good point.
