I personally have no idea how good the kid is. I haven't watched any video of him, not even the youtube video that Prowler posted. I will say this, however. If an extremely overweight nose tackle from JUCO can come into a program, work his tail off, and immediately have in impact on a team the way Cody did for us last fall, I don't think it's a stretch to say that Bonomolo COULD upgrade the Tigers defense next year.

As for UCLA, Rivals nor Scout have them offering him. They may very well have offered him but it's not on Rivals or Scout.

It's because Scout only list the prospect's top 7 schools of interest. Notice they don't have Iowa State's offer on his list either, eventhough Bono recently listed Iowa State as one of his top 3. They also don't have Nevada on that list either, so I guess Bono doesn't have an offer from them either, hmmm?
