Looks like a decent flick. But there's no relation to Auburn, huh?
Weird that they'd pick that as the title considering it's related to a major element in the plot involves athletics at another SEC school...

named after War Eagle river that is also in the area. Had me really confused the first week I lived up there. I kept hearing people talk about War Eagle then I would get pissed when they didn't return the "War Eagle" I gave them.

Yeah, I gathered that when I determined it wasn't about Auburn.
Just a strange choice of all small towns in Arkansas to use, considering it's about athletics at an SEC school, since any fan of SEC athletics automatically associates "War Eagle" with Auburn. And even if it had to be that town, they didn't have to make it the title.

They do make some kick ass jellies and bacon though.

Just another reason that us Arkies can relate to yall. We have our own War Eagle and I don't know of anyone else who has one.
It is a good story and I think anyone raised in a small town in the south can relate to it. It is based on a true story.
