Title: Probably a trivial question - Cut of the field

Did anyone there yesterday notice the cut of the field?  Specifically, the light and dark rows, similar to a lot of major leagus baseball fields.  Was it noticeable on TV and is that something different for this year?  It actually looked pretty cool to me.

If you didn't notice, it's evident in the video Prowler just posted on Tate's first long run.  Doesn't do it justice compared to what you see from the stands but you get the idea of what I'm talking about.

A land grant university damn well ought to have a pretty football field!
