You'll take not watching the game over watching it on CSS? Are they delaying the game?

I don't mind missing a quarter of the game at all really. Thank God for streaming radio.
How was that shitty CSS broadcast?

Actually outside of it not being HD I though it was pretty good. Now this is of course being judged against what was the Tres Daves, so a bag full of alley cats tossed into a croaker (sp) sack then slung against a brick wall would have had the edge in that duel as well.

I would just assume listen on the radio when CSS is broadcasting. Usually horrible, as you already know I'm sure.

ESPN or CSS................................. ESPN anyday! I'll also take 84,050 fans at A-Day also.

From the looks of the game maybe 1 of the 84,050 could try out for quarterback!

I think we will be OK at QB. Not extraordinary, but OK. You gotta give some credit to the DL, they were bringing it today. I don't think the OL did horribly considering what they were going up against, but there is certainly room for improvement. The QBs were running for their lives most of the day....it looked like were playing Utah all over again at times. Unless Darrah or Jackson step up between now and September, I'm praying that McElroy stays healthy. I think you guys are in a very similar situation in that aspect. McElroy looked OK, considering this is basically a practice. I'm not sure how much you can really glean from it, but he seemed to make pretty good decisions and I think showed good form and mechanics.
As for the defense, I think we're solid there.

Was made a bit more bearable with former Auburn player Cole Cublic doing it with the other tool.
Let the down time begin.

What's funny is that there were a lot more than 8,000 seats empty for uat's scrimmage, yet they guesstimate 84,050. If ya don't believe me, watch the replay and take a look at the upper decks. It's just sad that the bammers have to make up numbers (got 12?...yeah, we don't either), to make themselves feel better.

Ole Miss announced 28,000 and the estimate was 14,000.
Ours was announced at 30,000 and the estimate was 20-25,000. Everybody does it. We were having bad weather right up until game time and that kept a bunch of folks from going and risking sitting in the rain.

I'm gonna go with that looks pretty fucking close to 84,050 to me. I mean, the upper decks aren't slam packed, but they aren't bare by any means. I mean if you want to split hairs, then so be it. But that looks pretty close. Looks like there are some people on the walkways still coming in too. In comparison, here is AU's A-Day:

That looks pretty damn close to what was reported as well. Its funny, this shit didn't even matter to you guys when we set the record. But now that Chizik says he wants a large turnout, its serious business.

This shit still doesn't matter to me, it's just sad that bammers have to guesstimate what their total attendance was, just so they can make up another A-Day t-shirt...just sad. Auburn's attendance of 45,381 is a record for an A-Day game.

Well, our game is free, therefore we don't sell tickets and probably can't get an exact head count. However, again, judging by the video I posted, I would guess that 84,050 isn't all that far off the mark. The upper bowl on the side that the person who posted the video is on looks pretty much full, and the opposite side looks to have a good amount of people. Anywho, you cited the upper bowl as the reason why you thought our attendance was false, but I think the video that I posted kind of blows that theory out of the water. Either way, our attendance was still much greater than AU's. Congratulations on your record, though. Glad to see A-Day attendance is important to you guys now.
