Good post.  I still don't understand how people during the campaign couldn't see that we were going to spend more than we brought in and that we were running as hard as we could towards socialism.

Really, I think alot of people saw it coming. But that little voice in the back of your head that says "This is America....that can't happen here" then kicks in. More people should have told that little voice to shut the fuck up. What kills me is people are still believing this shit. Its like he's still on the campaign trail, and folks just believe whatever he says. Not that Bush was perfect by any means, but if he had came up with the EXACT same plan Obama did, do you think it would have NEAR the support that it does with Obama at the wheel?
