Title: How do you plan on spending your $13/week in tax cuts

I think we should make a list of all the things we should do with our new found $13

Maybe this is the One's promise to pay for everyones gas?

I think I will buy lottery tickets with mine.  Seems like just as good a retirement plan as Social Security

I will save it for a few weeks and buy a box of shells for my <insert one of the shotguns, rifles, or pistols, here>, repeat the next few weeks, buy a bottle of bourbon, vodka, or rum, repeat again and buy cigars.
